All of the paperwork was signed and I was about to make my down payment with the finance person, when she took my insurance papers for the vehicle I was trading in, she left the room and came back with the person that was in charge that afternoon. When they came back into the office the person that had signed the papers showing that our trade-in was $3000 changed his mind, he wanted to reduce the trade-in value to $2000 - $2500. In the end he agreed upon $2700. I still feel that we should have gotten our original trade-in agreement of $3000. More

I Love My 2015 Kia Sorento I am so impressed with Winnipeg Kia. I went into the dealership not knowing what I really wanted and after being at many different dealerships in the I am so impressed with Winnipeg Kia. I went into the dealership not knowing what I really wanted and after being at many different dealerships in the city trying various vehicles out I was confused and daunted by the decision before me. Randy was wonderful and funny, he made the experience very personable and genuine. Not once did I feel that I was being pushed into a direction that I didn't want to be in. Randy was very patient with my indecisiveness as we tried a few vehicles out. They also had a promo on and my daughter spun the wheel and won an automatic car starter which sweetened the deal even more. Kudos to Lori and Randy for taking good care of me (and my family) at Winnipeg Kia and for doing the extra things that meant a lot and will be remembered. More
