The best car buying experience I have had. I went into Kia with very preconceived ideas of what I would find in Kia cars. Not only were the cars of superior quality, but the Kia personnel I de I went into Kia with very preconceived ideas of what I would find in Kia cars. Not only were the cars of superior quality, but the Kia personnel I dealt with were knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. My salesman Justin did everything in his power to get me the best deal that he could, and went out of his way to spend as much time as I needed teaching me the tech/navigation system of the car. The Finance manager Derek Meikle also went above and beyond, both with explaining my options, and going over all the information that I required to make the best decision about my options. All the people I dealt with were friendly, very knowledgeable and none were aggressive in their sales approaches. I would definitely recommend this dealership and its personnel. I have never experienced the kind of honest, friendly approach that this utilizes, and I will certainly refer friends/family etc., as well as return there for my next vehicle. More

Didn't buy a car but wish we did. We were looking for used cars, and were met at the door by Devon Lapointe. Very friendly, and not at all the typical "used car salesman". We told him what we were looking for, and he didn't try to upsell or pressure into anything we didn't want. Took a couple test drives, and it was a relaxed fun experience. They didn't have in stock what we were looking for, but Devon made checks into if they could get that model in for us, and let us know it would be no problem to get in the car we wanted. We ended up finding the car we wanted at the next dealership, but would've liked to buy a car from Devon. Would highly recommend people to go see him, he was honest and straightforward.. More
