Dishonest Dealership I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. When I made the deal with the salesman he was quite helpful but had to run back to the finance manager I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. When I made the deal with the salesman he was quite helpful but had to run back to the finance manager a number of times before we agreed on a price which was supposed to include all fees and taxes. After making the deal with the salesman we had to see the finance manager to sign the papers. At that time he tried to tack on an additional $3000 in fees and other charges. We refused to pay any extra and in the end there was one fee that he wouldn't back down on but agreed to offset the fee with complimentary service work and a few other items. We agreed to the deal on those terms which was a mistake because the extras were not honored by the dealership. I booked an appointment for a complimentary oil change and cleared my calendar for the morning of the appointment. I arrived for my appointment ahead of time and found out the dealership was closed that day. More

Great experience! I was really apprehensive about getting a new car but everyone was so supportive. From the service guys (my previous vehicle engine blew), up until t I was really apprehensive about getting a new car but everyone was so supportive.
