My search first started by perusing Kijiji for pre-owned Sportages, which lead me to the KIA website, then on to an online chat with Mike Shaw asking My search first started by perusing Kijiji for pre-owned Sportages, which lead me to the KIA website, then on to an online chat with Mike Shaw asking for trade-in value on my existing vehicle. He asked me if I was interested in a particular vehicle, which I stated I was looking into a couple pre-owned Sportages. He told me to come in and see him and we could discuss further. We went in on a Tuesday evening and Mike had one of the Sportages parked out front, all shiny and cleaned. He told us a bit about the vehicle's features and then we took it out for a spin. I instantly loved it!! We got back to his office and started negotiating with Mike and Justin, in between the back and forth bantering over the Jets and Islanders! We struck a deal and went back the following Friday to finalize the financing with Nicole (this girl knows her stuff!!). The whole experience was seamless and didn't drag on for days. All I can say is that Mike is very knowledgeable, and very loyal to the product he is selling. He is honest, not pushy, makes you feel at ease with his wit and comical nature, he asks questions and is interested in getting to know you on a personal level; it's not just about the sale. He followed up with a phone call a few days after the purchase to make sure I was happy with my new Sportage as he "hadn't heard from us in a few days". That speaks volume in my mind about what kind of person that is. He's very personable and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know, in an instant. He made the whole experience very enjoyable. Very happy with my decision to make the switch to KIA!! More

While there are many add-ons, we never once felt like were being pushed into any decisions. Their care and patience was greatly appreciated by us both.
