Easiest decision I went in to Winnipeg Kia after researching the 2017 Kia Niro online. Mike was there to greet me as I walked in. We talked about the Niro, current offers from Kia, and we made an appointment for me to test drive the vehicle the next day. Mike was ready when I arrived for my test drive. We had a quick, fun drive, where he showed off what the Niro could do, and then, he handed me the keys and told me to take it out for a half hour. Mike had so much confidence in his product, that he let the vehicle sell itself. Mike took time to hear my story, and he worked very hard to make sure that I had the best possible experience with Kia. I cannot say enough about how positive an experience this was. I felt like they were trying to convince me that a certain used Sorento was the vehicle for me, even after I was pretty vocal that I wasn't crazy about it. After an online inquiry, I was quickly contacted by Mike who showed a vested interest in helping me find a right fit. He was very transparent, forthcoming about costs, no-pressure kind of guy, who also happens to be very charismatic and friendly. The whole transaction took a week, as I really took my time exploring my options, and Mike was there to help, not to pressure. He even arranged for me to have a Soul for an entire Saturday to see how it would fit into our everyday lives...and it did. We haven't looked back since. I would have missed out on that if had not test driven it and I really do love it.
