Do not bring your car here for MPI claim!!! They have had our car since December 24th 2021 because of a catalytic converter, and it is February 1st and we STILL don’t have our car back. They “had to make sure MPI didn’t forget any parts on their estimate” but then they “made a mistake” and “forgot” to order a part. Oh yeah, and this is a Driving instruction vehicle, and dozens of people were affected by this vehicle being off the road for so long. This has hurt our business, which was explained on numerous occasions to the staff there with no understanding or acknowledgement of the cost of waiting for the work to be completed. Calls were never returned, and I wish I had read the reviews before having brought my car into this place. If you bring it here, expect delay after delay, no returned phone calls and insincere “apologies “. They didn’t even offer us a courtesy vehicle for their huge blunder. We had to call a list of clients because of this delay to explain their mistake. This is so unprofessional and disappointing. We are almost in tears. Most frustrating experience ever. More

Had a service appt a month ago now. A few parts needed to be ordered in, one of which I can only assume we're still waiting on. One of the repairs involves an indicator recall, which at any point could lead to the wrong turn signal firing on the vehicle. Not a safe driving situation. More

I went to the dealership looking for advice on removing fresh asphalt tar from the lower door panel. A service advisor told me to try claybar that was available at Canadian Tire. I did so but was unsuccessful in using a Simonize product. I returned to Winnipeg Hyundai to again seek advice and this time Jennifer Henderson actually came out to my vehicle in the parking lot, got down on the pavement and demonstrated how to use a claybar product along with a glass cleaner which was different than the Simonize product. Great customer service, initiative and pleasant demeanour. More
