Only good on selling cars, then forgets every promise made after you leave the door. Since the pandemic, their service has been non-existent. With a simple oil change taking a whole day to finish (if made after you leave the door. Since the pandemic, their service has been non-existent. With a simple oil change taking a whole day to finish (if you opt for shuttling), or waste about 2-3 hours if you stay. Was told it is because they prioritize the ones that have major issues - fine. Now, my vehicle is on that situation, which needs the engine replaced. I have provided all documents needed, even the extended warranty form which includes a rental. More than a week after, I still don't have a rental, no timeline to have my vehicle fixed - and no one cares. This is not about the staff, all of them are accommodating, but the process itself really doesn't make any sense. Steer Clear! More

Horrible service management and poor care of your vehicle. 14 months ago had a small accident and dealt with service after bodyshop. Vehicle still not fixed properly as of today. Have been painted 3x vehicle. 14 months ago had a small accident and dealt with service after bodyshop. Vehicle still not fixed properly as of today. Have been painted 3x, they tried to sell me parts that their technician broke on my vehicle, I was charged $150 for diagnostic when I knew what the issue was and it was caused when the vehicle was in their care, which I had to pay for a new part again since they wouldn’t help correct the issue or warrant the part since it was brand new less that a year prior purchased there as well…I was given poor advice in regards to tires, and I was lied to and told MPI would cover a problem that Winnipeg Hyundai caused. Waited on the phone with MPI for 2 hours for no reason, just to be told that they would never cover a battery. I booked an apt and my vehicle was not touched at all. Was told I had to book an additional apt weeks later. Once I finally picked up my vehicle I was still unhappy with the paint and performance as it would not start, and it left me stranded 3km away from my house so I had to walk home in the rain eaten alive by mosquitos due to their installation error (car would not shift because trans lines were not secure and tranny fluid drained out onto the road). I was also charged for a part that I didn’t even use, it’s still in the plastic with part number on it and Parts manager would not take back even though it was recommended by their service tech so I purchased it thinking it would be needed for them to install. Over a full year of having the same issue and still not fixed over $4k+ later. I would not go back unless refunded diagnostic fee, battery reimbursed, accept unused part back & have damaged parts replaced that tech broke & tried to sell me, and steering wheel corrected (off centre) Their errors forced me to arrange a flat bed tow 2x back to their dealer from the work and was never offered reimbursement or helped out at all. My settings were not returned after car being there and they blamed the issues I had on my speakers in my car which have been installed for 8 years and have never given me an issue in the past. Also I have a new battery since then and the issue is gone, proving my speakers were never the problem, but still I get charged for diagnostic with verdict being speakers??? My steering wheel is also not straight anymore after being there. Can’t stress enough how much I would never recommend anyone to this dealership to anyone. More

My 2015 Honda CR-V was stolen and when found, taken to wpg. Hyundai for extensive body repair. Outstanding work, good communication during the process helped lessen the stress of this event. Do not bring your car here for MPI claim!!! They have had our car since December 24th 2021 because of a catalytic converter, and it is February 1st and we STILL don’t have our car back. They “had to make sure MPI didn’t forget any parts on their estimate” but then they “made a mistake” and “forgot” to order a part. Oh yeah, and this is a Driving instruction vehicle, and dozens of people were affected by this vehicle being off the road for so long. This has hurt our business, which was explained on numerous occasions to the staff there with no understanding or acknowledgement of the cost of waiting for the work to be completed. Calls were never returned, and I wish I had read the reviews before having brought my car into this place. If you bring it here, expect delay after delay, no returned phone calls and insincere “apologies “. They didn’t even offer us a courtesy vehicle for their huge blunder. We had to call a list of clients because of this delay to explain their mistake. This is so unprofessional and disappointing. We are almost in tears. Most frustrating experience ever. More
