If you have issues they will hope you won't wait and give you the phone circus. Hoping after waiting for days for answers you will give up. Never experienced such crappy service. Think after you gave them thousands of dollars they would help you out. Find a different dealer. More

Was supposed to get a second set of keys with vehicle and they ignored my calls and emails for almost two weeks. Had to finally contact upper management to get a reply. After they finally started to reply took another two weeks to get an answer. Pathetic service. Find a different dealer. More
incompetent had our sun roof replaced and there was grease all over the interior upholstery around the interior of the sunroof. sunroof still not fixed. i have to had our sun roof replaced and there was grease all over the interior upholstery around the interior of the sunroof. sunroof still not fixed. i have to pull it closed since it doesn't have enough power to close. had to replace all tires. wires were coming out in only one particular spot on the radius of the tire. they didn't notice any wear on the tire rotation, my vehicle was wobbling badly and very dangerous. not bad for tires 2.5 years old 55000 kilometers (insert sarcasm here). wait time there is very long. Poor service and communication We just had our 2009 Elantra in for a couple of recalls. Prior to this I had just done the usual pre-winter thorough wash and wax. We received a call We just had our 2009 Elantra in for a couple of recalls. Prior to this I had just done the usual pre-winter thorough wash and wax. We received a call to let us know the car was ready and we were asked if we would like the car washed. We said no because it had just been washed and waxed, and some of the detergents used can strip the wax off the car. When we got the car back, it had already been washed, and very poorly as well. You can see where the person had quickly taken the wash mitt to the side of the car missing spots everywhere and it wasn`t dried either so there are water spots everywhere too. So not only does it look terrible, it means that it was not rinsed very well and had all the dirt rubbed all over the paint. So not only can they not follow simple instructions, they are not very good at what they do. Thanks to them I will now have to re-wash and wax the car. Also, some more minor things but still make the point of poor service is that the car was given back to us with the hood still unlatched. Again, minor, but for a place that charges $130 per hour for a shop rate I expect a lot better. They also tried selling me a brake light bulb for $13 that I got on my own for a few dollars. That is not a shot at them, but more dealerships as a whole and their horribly inflated prices on parts. Overall nothing too major, its just frustrating that because someone can`t follow simple instructions it makes more work for me. If you must go to a dealership, I would avoid this one. More

I guess we were pretty demanding of our sales rep making him go get the cars and answering our questions, but this is a fairly important purchase for us and were undecided in which model to purchase, make no mistake we were purchasing that day. When Kyyle called my wife a stupid xxxxx as he walked away, he must have thought he said it low enough under his breath for us not to hear, but he was wrong. we promptly left, AND WILL NEVER BE BACK, we are loving our new car that we bought from a proper salesman elsewhere. Good luck to this dealership getting customers with this person working for them. More

Do not take your car into body shop! Took my Santa Fe in after a collision in April assuming it was in the best hands from the place I purchased it. Picked it up to discover 2 burn marks Took my Santa Fe in after a collision in April assuming it was in the best hands from the place I purchased it. Picked it up to discover 2 burn marks in my passenger seat that were not there when it was dropped off and a long deep scratch on the new bumper. I immediately pointed out concerns and they were willing to repair both. Took vehicle in again and the holes were patched and they "forgot" to repair the bumper. I called the general manager who refused to take responsibility for the burn marks when I was not satisfied with the repair (he immediately picked out the repairs without knowing where the damage was). I took my vehicle in Monday for the bumper repair, to be picked up by latest today. I called today and they said the "bumper was burned" and needs to be redone! I called the general manager again and he was very unsupportive. I have no confidence and trust in this dealership at all. More
2 vehicles, 2 bad experiences My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Winnipeg Hyundai. Neither experience was pleasant. The first time, we bought a 2011 Santa Fe Limited, My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Winnipeg Hyundai. Neither experience was pleasant. The first time, we bought a 2011 Santa Fe Limited, loaded with accessories. Without even mentioning it to us, they sold us the floor model. When we came to pick up the vehicle, I realized they had given us the floor model, and brought it up. They acted like they were doing us a favour. I pointed out some marks in the paint, a small hole in one of the leather seats, and some other minor cosmetic damage. Their idea of "making things right" was to throw in the first oil change. After the first experience, we had no intention of ever going back. Unfortunately, they lured us back in with a trade-in deal on our 2011 Santa Fe, just as our warranty was running out. Since we had just had a bit of a repair scare, we decided to trade-in so that we could continue to have a warrantied vehicle. This time, we traded up to a 2016 Santa Fe XL Luxury addition, again loaded with accessories, plus an extended warranty. Between signing the deal and picking up the vehicle, I had some questions about the warranty. I both called and emailed Michelle in finance, but she was very bad at returning messages (I ended up having to follow up on my own messages). Eventually, I got my answers, but not without a lot of hassle. While picking up the vehicle, I noticed they had not installed one of our accessories (a hood protector). I mentioned it to Michelle, and she told me it was back ordered. Fast forward 2 months and I still have not heard from the dealership regarding the hood protector, so I called their parts department. Lo and behold, they had one in stock. I tried contacting Michelle to see about getting it installed. That was a week ago, and she has not returned my messages. They would have to offer me a free vehicle to get my business a third time (and even then, I would think twice). More
