Best Customer Service ever! I recently purchased a 2017 Tucson from Winnipeg Hyundai. Derek was so helpful and explained all my options for extended warranty, tire protection, t I recently purchased a 2017 Tucson from Winnipeg Hyundai. Derek was so helpful and explained all my options for extended warranty, tire protection, the vehicle protection package etc. Talking with Derek was like being with an old friend, and he told me to put his cell number in my Contacts and to call him 24/7 with any questions or concerns. He also offered me the use of his personal vehicle if I was ever in a jam or if my car needed work and the shuttle wasn't early enough for me. I have never experienced service like this anywhere, other than previously at this dealership when I purchased my 2005 Tucson 12 years ago. But Derek is extraordinary in that regard, he really treats you like family right away and that's a great feeling! I would highly recommend this dealership and Derek the next time you are interested in a new or used Hyundai vehicle. I will never shop for a car anywhere else! More

Awesome service! I booked in the car for an autopac claim through Taylor Reid. It needed work on the front bumper, I also asked at the same time that I need the car I booked in the car for an autopac claim through Taylor Reid. It needed work on the front bumper, I also asked at the same time that I need the car to last me at least 2-3 more years and to do what needs to be done to make that more likley. He recommended a transmission flush or whatever you call it as well as the usual oil change and a couple of other minor things. I felt he was being open and honest and did not feel he was trying to get me to do things that were not necessary. He was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. I will continue to take my car there for servicing. and in 2-3 years I will buy another Hyundai! More
