We went out for a ride to Waverly looking for Crown Honda as we saw an advertisement which seemed too good to be true. As it turns out the Crown Honda was located on McPhillips and our experience with Winnipeg Honda turned out to be nothing but bliss. Our saleswoman, Chantel Fedorkiw was sweet and admirable and took us on a non-pressured road to her thoughts and her sales expertise in the car business. We think we got a great car! very very disappointed we bought Honda Civic -Ex last year. We already paid most of the amount. Only 5000 is left. After finalize everything,they told us we have to pay 18000 for next 7 years. So basically,for 2015 honda civic Ex/Touring we have to pay in total (26000+18000)=44000. I asked the sales representative,what would happen if we had let's say 25000 remaining instead of 5000. He said, in this case,we have to the same amount 18000. So the person who have 5k remaining and the person who have 25k, the new amount they have to pay is same. AND I HAVE TO PAY 44K FOR HONDA CIVIC EX... I really didnot understand. If I buy a 2015 from stora,it will cost around 30k, If I exchange with my 2014,i have to 44k ...You guys need to concentrate more before launching any deal....NOT ALL THE CUSTOMERS ARE FOOL.....YOU CANNOT IMPRESS US BY SAYING 60/WEEK. Best Car Shopping Experience! I had done my research, visited other dealerships and knew the car I wanted to buy was a 2015 Honda Fit. With my mom, step-dad and boyfriend in tow, w I had done my research, visited other dealerships and knew the car I wanted to buy was a 2015 Honda Fit. With my mom, step-dad and boyfriend in tow, we headed to Winnipeg Honda. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the building. We were able to walk through the showroom without being bombarded by salespeople looking to cap off a Saturday with an extra sale. We approach a gentleman, who let us know that he was tied up at the moment with another customer, but would find someone to help us out. He sent Brad Coates from the Management team over, he introduced himself and we chatted for a few minutes before finding a salesperson for us. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Dyanne Evans. I cannot say enough good things about Dyanne! From the moment I met her she was so kind and caring, she gave me all the information I needed. She explained everything from the price of the vehicle, all fees and showed me what the price would be with various options. She pulled the car right up to the doors for me to take a look at and didn't have any issue giving me a bit of time to chat with my family (buying your first car is a big deal, and a big commitment!). I knew I was getting a fair deal for the vehicle I wanted and was thrilled to buy my first car that day. Before going to Winnipeg Honda, I had been to other dealerships and was stressed out and annoyed by the "games" and sales tactics that many salespeople use. Dyanne gave me the answers to all my questions and more! I met with Michael DePeazer to complete some paperwork. Again, he explained everything I would need to know, provided information on some available options and was very kind. If anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, go to Winnipeg Honda and ask for Dyanne. She made this whole experience so relaxing and easy. Unprofessional At Best Staff was overall friendly but refused to let us test drive other makes of vehicles except Hondas (we were looking for a 2013-14 SUV). They didn't have any praise for any other vehicles of which they sell under their crown corporation. The sales representative refused to provide an approximate rate for financing and did not believe my repeated statements of what banks will provide. Their philosophy is to extend the term of the financing to lower your payments even though that means your paying 30k for a 22k vehicle at 6.5%! The extended warranty and maintenance packages were poorly explained and no pricing was disclosed (aside from the "approximately $1700" estimate the sale manager stated in his pitch) until my wife was to sign the documents. Their finance person did not include the down payment which was paid via credit card on the credit application and instead said they would mail a cheque to reimburse the value. Yet to receive that cheque! Overall paperwork was not signed or clear. Cancelling the extended warranty takes forever and involves 3 separate parties (but at least I saved $3300!, plus the interest on the loan) Be careful with used vehicle sales at Honda. They will scam you into multiple options (we all learn this the first go round!) Don't be caught paying 6.5% finance over extended terms because that's where they make all the money! Go to a bank, get a LOC and avoid these characters all together. Their used car prices are competitive for the market. I for one will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More

That's the mentality that's the common thread here, the service doesn't stop with the sale. When I have a question or need help, Andy is quick with a response to help me. It's because of this after-market service that's led me to recommend them to my cousin, who has also purchased from Winnipeg Honda. Only drawback to this dealership is the slow shuttle service in the morning, since they share with the other dealerships in the immediate vicinity. It makes good business sense for them, but is less convenient for the end user. Otherwise, I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with Winnipeg Honda. More
