Our experience with Honda sales personnel has not always been good. On more than one occasion, we have gone into Honda dealerships and no one even came to talk to us. Our experience with Winnipeg Honda started the same. Five to ten minutes after our arrival, a receptionist approached us and arranged to have a sales person come and meet with us. After that somewhat rocky start, though, our experience was first-rate. We managed very quickly to identify exactly what we wanted and put a deal together. The finance guy knew his stuff and walked us through the options carefully and efficiently. We are pleased with our new vehicle and confident that we will be happy with it for a long time. Sometimes, though, it seems to me that Honda's product is so good that the sales staff do not believe that they have to try very hard. More

We bought a Honda fit from Brenden and Paul and one other gentleman I have forgotten his name. They were all extremely helpful at finding us the car we wanted that was getting short on supply. They accepted our trade in and were very generous on it's worth. They openly discussed pricing and were fully knowledgeable on all our questions. We decided against some of the offered insurances and we still treated very well and respectfully. The car was given to us in full working order and with a full tank of gas. This was our first time buying a brand new car and it was very well done. Thank you guys, we will always recommend you and Honda when we have the opportunity! More

I found the car I wanted no problem. But the one I saw was apparently sold. They told me they would locate one for me and I would have the car I wanted. The next day I got a call saying they located one a was apparently sold. They told me they would locate one for me and I would have the car I wanted. The next day I got a call saying they located one and to come in. I was so excited, however when I got to the dealer they hadn't exactly located it. It was on a test drive at another dealer and sold later that night. Right after they asked me to put down a $500 deposit and I filled out all the finance paperwork that was needed. Finally got a call the next day or so saying one was found and that they would call me to schedule a pick up. No one called me to update me on the location of my vehicle. 4 days later I call for an update and schedule for pick up. When I came to pick it up it wasn't ready. They still had to take it to get gas and the tint hadn't been done. After all that the car that was apparently sold on day 1 was still sitting in the show room when I left. Ouch. My first car buying experience and it wasn't very good. Lucky I love my car. They deal with selling cars everyday, I don't think they realize that not everyone buys one every day so this is a big purchase for some of us and we like to be kept in the loop when it comes to our new vehicle. More

My initial contact was Justin, a friendly fellow who never once gave an inkling of pressure or hard-selling tactics. He represented Honda extremely well and answered to the best of his ability all of my questions. Unlike other places I could mention I was never bothered with off-hour telephone calls or follow-ups an paid a very good price for a new car which was loaded with more than I could have ever wanted. A very pleasing experience all around. More
