Most people like myself dread the thought of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, as a matter of fact I never thought I would even think of purchasing a vehicle through one. In 2009 my opinion quickly cha vehicle from a dealership, as a matter of fact I never thought I would even think of purchasing a vehicle through one. In 2009 my opinion quickly changed based on a super positive experience I had at Winnipeg Honda. I left that day spending the most amount of money I had ever spent at that point in my life, but I left feeling confident with my purchase. Even through it was just a Ford Ranger; Dylan Foui knew that it was as if I bought a Cadillac. I felt great, he got everything that I wanted and more to fit into a price range I could comfortably afford. I was astonished… My experience was so wonderful I MADE my brother go see Dylan for his first vehicle. This took some convincing as my brother did NOT want to buy a vehicle from a dealership. He left that day with everything he wanted and received top notch service just as I did a few months earlier; a mere few months later my brother purchased a 2nd and 3rd vehicle off Dylan due to his suburb service. Since then I have sent my wife, parents, parents’ friends, both my in laws, family friends, my personal friends, coworkers and even my boss to see Dylan. All of them called me the day after seeing Dylan with nothing but accolades about the service they were provided. As a matter of fact my boss at our last staff meeting spoke about how awesome both Dylan and Jeremy were and asked me hand out their contact information. Since my first purchase I have now “moved up in the world” and upgraded my vehicle. Dylan treated me the same way as when I purchased my Ranger, even though my vehicles are MUCH nicer now. The fact that I have sent Dylan and Jeremy a wide range of people with different needs and in different parts of their lives does not matter because he always manages to satisfy all of their needs, which keeps these people wanting to come back, like myself. At this point I have dealt with a few of the individuals in the financing department, and both Mike Depeazer and Judy Zulak have been amazing completing this positive car buying experience. Mr. Dilawri has accumulated quite an upstanding team at Winnipeg Honda that has changed my and many people’s car buying experience for the better. Honda to inquire a possible trade-in for a new 2011 CR-V. We dealt with Ken McRae again & he was able to initiate the process, obtain a vehicle model & colour we desired & explain the sales/lease options. This is the very first time I ever walked into a dealership and am very lucky to have Andy as my dealer. He was very friendly and took great lengths to satisfy my car needs. While I am very satisfied with Winnipeg Honda as a whole, I am particularly satisfied with Dyanne Evans. We have dealt with Dyanne on numerous occasions over the years. She has been fantastic to work with. I especially appreciate her *no nonsense*, *no games* and *no double talk* approach. Dealing with Dyanne has made purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. The lease of my 2007 Honda was going to expire end of August. So last Friday I came in to the Winnipeg Honda dealer ship to look at new models and started talking with the sales staff. The Honda I was driving had unfortunately a damaged front bumper and 3 dents in the back and side of the car (Winnipeg winters!). Originally I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue with them; but I got talking with the most personable and knowledgeable sales person working for them, Dylan Foui, who first of all told me about their buy-out programs and second showed me their 2012 loaded Honda Civic (which comes closest to a German car then you can, and I'm German). At the end they took my old Civic as is, I had to pay a minimal of the damages, I got out of my old lease way early and and got a fantastic deal on the new model. Thank you guys!!!
