Winnipeg Honda

Had an appointment for service, advised that "book" says 2 hours for repair so waited for repair. After one and a half hours while taking a walk around the lot I noticed my car had not been star "book" says 2 hours for repair so waited for repair. As a had a prior appointment in an hour I talked to the service rep who,very professionally, stated he would go and check. He reurned to say that he talked to the technician and the car would be finished in about 1/2 hour. As I had the prior appointment, I decided to leave and return to pick up car later! The service rep phoned me an hour and a quarter later stating that I could pick up car. When looking at the labour charge I was shaking my head at what works out to $500 an hour labour. The service representaive got indignant and said that's what the "book" says! My "book" says I should charge them the equivalent of $750 an hour for sitting around and waiting so I guess I should get a refund! Parts that were replaced were supplied by me and it is written on invoice old parts to be returned! I guess they are in the mail with my refund! More

I would like to commend Eric Alsop for being so informative and helpful in the recent purchase of my 2011 Honda Civic. I was not actually in the market for a replacement for my 2007 Honda Civic, bu informative and helpful in the recent purchase of my 2011 Honda Civic. I was not actually in the market for a replacement for my 2007 Honda Civic, but, while having it serviced and since I had finished reading the book I had brought with me, I strolled into the show room and had this young, eager gentleman (Eric) approach me. He began to tell me all about the different car models that were there. Since I was already a convert to the product, he piqued my interest in purchasing a new car with the perks and 0% fnaancing. After introducing me to other members of the Honda Team, who by the way, were also extremely helpful, I made the decision to "go for it"!
