Andy sold me my civic 4 months ago and we were so impressed with him that we returned once again to by a Honda CRV. I was very happy with the dealer. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction (he even drove me to register the vehicle with Autopac!). My wife and I went into Winnipeg Honda looking at the Odyssey about two weeks ago. Eric was our sales rep and he was excellent. We had two little girls in tow, 9 months and 3 years old. He engaged everyone in conversation and still managed to answer all our questions. He was asking us questions too, about our needs and the features we were wanting. My wife found that she was being addressed as well, which doesn't always happen. She finds quite often when we are together that she is ignored and the salesperson talks only to me. Definitely not in this case. Eric did an excellent job selling the vehicle to both of us. We are happy with the deal and picked up our Odyssey about 10 days ago and it's been great. Just so you know, the customer service from Eric didn't stop after the sale. He's made a couple calls to see how everything and also arranged for the installation of the towing package we added. Because the shuttle service was full, he drove me to work himself and even brought a Tim's coffee for me on the ride. I'd definitely recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Judy in the finance dept was fantastic too. She was very helpful, informative and great with our two girls as well. More
