I am not sure if I would recommend this dealership. Yesterday, my son and I went in to buy a car for him. We got great service from James and Jeremy. In fact we have nothing to say wrong about them. It is the next day service that was disappointing.We were told that we would hear from them. We were expecting to hear on the result of the financing today with an expected appointment to pick up the car on Monday. We heard nothing today. Tomorrow the dealership is closed. We don't know if the financing went through, there is no appointment to pick up the car. Right now we are wishing we could cancel the deal. We are so disappointed because we had such a good experience with the salesmen. Winnipeg Honda should ultimately come through with a better deal for us,so that we will not feel like we were ambushed and taken advantage of. A week and a bit Later the dealership has come through with some compensation - a free tank of gas and a free oil change. At least they were able to accept some responsibility for their failure to communicate. The customer service evaluation is therefore considered to be good. More
We went in to look at a used 2010 CRV. When we arrived our salesman was with another person but shortly came and gave us the keys, etc and we test drove the vehicle. We recently purchased a Honda from Winnipeg Honda. This was my first "new" car purchase, and we were somewhat hesitant to make the leap. Marty Nault was more than patient with us while we discussed the options available to us. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and was quick to offer up any information that we needed. While these are all attributes I would expect any professional in this field to have, Marty was also extremely personable; I found him to be honest, forthright and amiable. The entire process was more like having coffee with a neighbor than buying a shiny, new car at a big dealership. (That's a good thing; we would have walked away from a high pressure sales pitch.) Judy Ramores did the financials for us. Again, she was extremely personable, and patient with us. I changed my mind several times (a woman's prerogative!) on some of the purchase details, and Judy easily accommodated my requests and/or revisions. Judy left us with an open invitation to call if we had any questions, and when we did, she was quick to reply. Judy knows all the nuances of the documents and processes she works with, and was able to address any concerns we had, including contact and general information for the financial institution. Any issues we had getting our new car “just right” were handled with ease and expediency. Everyone we’ve dealt with – Marty, Judy, managers, administrative and service staff, shuttle drivers – everyone has been great. I highly recommend Winnipeg Honda! More

I found this experience at this dealership to be very delightful, all the employees were very polite especially Eric and Michael. With out these 2 I wouldn't be getting a car.
