When we got to the dealership, another sales rep asked James if he could help us out. James was very nice and kind to us and offered us some hot chocolat or coffee. Due to an injury, I was not able to go down to pick up the car. Since there was paperwork that needed both our signatures, James took the time to come to our place so that I can sign the papers which allowed my husband to pick up our new vehicle. I've had a great experience in getting a vehicle with these guys. Eric Alsop was very friendly and honest and very accomodating. He was able to provide me all of the information that I need to know about financing and leasing a vehicle and provided all of the options that I can do. He helped me a lot to come up with the best decision to make. He even gave me a follow up call every time that I am going to ask him something. Michael Depeazer is very honest as well and was able to provide me all of the information I need to know for me to save and maximize my lease account with Honda. He is very considerate and exerted all of his efforts for me to be approved on my lease application considering that I am just new here in Canada. I would strongly recommend Eric Alsop and Michael Depeazer not only to the new immigrants here who wants to get their own vehicle, but to everybody who wants to be satisfied in getting their vehicle.
