Dylan Foui and Winnipeg Honda blew the competitor totally out of the water with price, friendliness, transparency, honest, straight forward salesmanship and going the extra mile to get and keep my business. I cannot overstate enough how thrilled I am with my new car and with Dylan Foui for making it happen in such a painless, positive way. Dylan Foui is a good example of how all car salesmen should conduct themselves, and it would give the industry a better name and reputation. He was totally fair, honest, and more than went the extra mile to give me the best deal and ensure utmost customer satisfaction and value. As a car manufacturing brand, Honda has already earned my loyalty because of their quality cars, reliability, and stellar reputation. I must say now, however, especially after seeing the unseemly tactics of some of the competitors in the market, that Winnipeg Honda and Dylan Foui specifically have now earned my loyalty as a current and future returning customer because it took all the hassle and stress out of car buying. He is a great asset to Winnipeg Honda and it is certainly readily apparent why he sells more cars than anyone in Canada. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how exceptional my experience has been. I recently purchased the 2012 CRV and 2012 Civic as a Christmas present for my husband. I dealt with Brendan for both purchases and I could not be happier. The Civic was sold out when I bought it and the CRV wasn't even released yet so I didn't expect delivery until much later. But Brendan knew that we would love to have the cars asap and he delivered within a couple of weeks (even with the Christmas holidays). To top it all off he entertained my two rumbunctious boys while I filled the paperwork - now that's service! I initially dealt with Judy for the finance/lease process. Judy was professional and thorough in explaining the different options available. She was also quick to respond to any inquiries I had. When the cars arrived Judy was on vacation and I dealt with Michael for the Civic and was again pleased with the experience. Michael was friendly and made an extra effort to process the paperwork quickly and efficiently as we had to be somewhere and were running late. Michael was also helpful when it came to buying the CRV - he really did everything to make the sure I was happy with the purchase. Elvis did the paperwork for the CRV and I was thankful for his detailed explanation of the overwhelming material. He carefully explained every aspect and made sure that I understood what I was signing. He was a wealth of information. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Every employee was helpful, friendly and professional. Even my boys look forward to our trips to Honda. My husband and I are loving our cars. We were very lucky the day we came in was one of the last days to make the most of a great program. Our sales person was James Cracknel. He was very young and energetic. He found out what we wanted/needed in our vehicle and set us up with the perfect vehicle for us. He did a great job in fully explaining the vehicle and the payments to us. We ended up getting into a new 2012 civic and paying less than we were before. I am very happy with the service we received at Winnipeg Honda and would for sure recommend it to everyone! More
