As happy owners of a 2006 Ridgeline we felt that it was time to look at a new vehicle. Negotiations took a while but we were ultimately succesful and got what we wanted. We never felt bullied and Andy took the time to explain what was going on. I started with a used Honda Odyssey for my young family and our needs and progressed next to a new honda odyssey with many upgrades and improvements. After my children were older and we no longer required a van, I choose a 2011 honda CRV. A year later my husband wanted me to have th 2 012 Honda CRV, now on a bigger honda accord frame. Its sleek looking, great on mileage(econo), equipt with what I require and more technology than I personally need, its larger inside, and the main reason is they never need repairing. Each and every car I have purchased with the assistance of Dyanne Evans because we have established a great business relationship. She is honest, thorough, understands what it is we want. She is always available and knows her product. When we picked up our new 2012, the MPI could barely handle processing our insurance because the vehicle was new in the system but Dyanne jumped in the car and was able to give instructions, having just learned them herself, that were terrific. The atmosphere is friendly and busy. Dyanne has also sold three cars to my mother who is in her mid 70's and my mother feels comfortable and trusts Dyanne's advice. You never wait long in service and are the quoted amount of time to wait for your vehicle is usually accurate. The waiting area has a tv, papers, magazines, work area, books for kids and adults, and a coffee machine. The dealership is always clean.
