I came in after my car was finished. I looked at a used rogue and a used crv. I went with the crv becuase it has more room in the back seats, and the rogue had minimal rear vision. The deal went smooth... Dylan knew what I wanted, gave me all my options, worked within my budget and did all the work in front of me. We also dealt with Michael and Matt who were also great. Matt showed us the features of the vehicle and made sure we knew how to work them. He and Dylan made sure we left satisfied with the vehicle. We came across a 2010 CRV in the lot that was not in the system yet, not even prepped or washed. We dealt with Brendan (sales associate), who was terrific to deal with, he set up a quick test drive for us, was not at all pushy we purchased the vehicle within a few hours, for a pretty reasonable price, of course you can always do better with negotiations. Overall our experience was excellent, we left very happy, vehicle was prepped for the following day, and I was even given a ride to dealership by sales manager Raj, Brendan and Judy (Business Manager), were both pleasant, professional, we will certainly consider buying from them in the future, and recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.
