I have now purchased 2 cars from Andy Chan, and have nothing but good things to say about him. I was recommended to go to Andy when considering buying a new car last year. Andy went the extra mile and did everything he could to get me the car I wanted. Last month I got into a bad accident and ended up writing off my Civic. My one and only thought was to go back and see Andy. Within 4 days he had me back into a brand new civic, and again went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted and as fast as he could as he knew I had no vehicle. I was also looked after by Elvis who was a great guy and very personable. He answered all my questions about what I needed and what to do with the write off, and made everything very easy. I hope I keep this Civic a little longer, but if anything happens or if I ever need another vehicle I feel good knowing Andy is there to take care of me. I've never met anyone who works as hard as Andy does to make his customers happy. I wont use another dealer until Andy retires! More
