First off I'd like to say that I would go to Winnipeg Honda everyday if I could to purchase a car - they provide the best customer service. I traveled from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg to purchase my new car Honda everyday if I could to purchase a car - they provide the best customer service. I traveled from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg to purchase my new car (2013 Honda Civic LX), and it was definitely worth it. Throughout the whole process the Honda team (especially Corey Burns and Judy Zuzak) were very accommodating and helpful. I had to deal with them via email and phone but they made it very easy. They kept me updated and made sure that everything was in place and ready to go once I arrived to pick up my car. I'm so very lucky to have dealt with Corey - he was very friendly and informative. He showed me the car inside and out and threw in some facts of Honda as well. In the future I'd definitely purchase another car from this dealership and recommend it to anyone. 5/5 stars well deserved! A HUGE special thanks to Corey and Judy :) More

Andy Chan is very helpful with my problem response/service request although he is majorly a sales rep. The service to my problem was generally ok because Andy worked on it along with other se response/service request although he is majorly a sales rep. The service to my problem was generally ok because Andy worked on it along with other service workers, but I found the customer service call reps are not professional and don't really care about customer service. I live far away from the dealer so I have to make calls for questions or requests every time, but the ladies who answer phone calls either give wrong information that make me worried or say they don't know or direct the call to someone who are not in the office even on vacation, so I have to call again and this may happen again, Very inefficient. Therefore I had to look for Andy who sold me the car in the beginning for help. Thank to him who seems like the only person I can rely on. The "good" ratings are for Andy as so far I feel he is the only person seem to help, and I hope the service in general will be improved in the future. More
