i purchased a used civic there was a scrape in the paint from the front door to the rear panel and a few other touch ups to be done they agreed they had 5 days to make it look good and it was not done, note from the front door to the rear panel and a few other touch ups to be done they agreed they had 5 days to make it look good and it was not done, notes were made and i will have to take the car back on my time. not sure who did the work but they did not check the car before delivery, i hope this is not a reflection for future service???? I had a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L and I was came in for the B service schedule and while waiting I met Michael DePeazer who I told about upgrading and he took me to Andy Chan who made it very easy for me to get service schedule and while waiting I met Michael DePeazer who I told about upgrading and he took me to Andy Chan who made it very easy for me to get the upgrade in less than 48 hours. They gave me a car to use because my old car was not safe to use due to power steering failure. Christopher walked me through my new car and offered me a free oil change. They guys at Honda are friendly, they listen to customers and make the purchase/upgrade of cars easy and I left the place happily. The only I had was that I wasn't too happy with the trade-in price I got for my car but I got a reduced finance rate and some other incentives which made the cost close to my expectations. More
