I visited three different dealerships in Winnipeg while searching for a new vehicle for my wife. He was ready to go through any and everything. He worked together with me to figure out the best options for our financial situation and figure out what worked best. My wife and I had one thing in mind, and he was completely fine with it, but he sat down and went over everything we had planned out and found something that worked even better. Not only did my wife get a car from him that day ... I did as well. I was ready to move on from my current lease that was about to expire and he found a way to make it work with no penalty. We both love our new Honda's and will definitely be heading back to see Jeremy when we're ready to upgrade. Of course none of it would have been possible without the awesome work of Elvis, the financial services manager. He was so organized it made my head spin. His multitasking of all the paperwork and color coded pens for us to use (that was great) was awesome. He made that process very easy. Actually, there were other people that helped us too. One of them was Brendan Johnstone, a financial service person. He explained to us the financial aspect of the deal. And also, Corey, whom when Andrew wasnt around, he made us feel at home by explaining everything about the Civic and made me test drive one. That's when we really decided that we are going to buy this car. I felt comfortable and at ease with the professionalism and the team work these people had shown us. I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic. The car basically sells itself. I was hoping to purchase a Civic that day, however, (1) I was let down when I found out that the price I would be looking at was greater than itself. I was hoping to purchase a Civic that day, however, (1) I was let down when I found out that the price I would be looking at was greater than the Honda Canada website. I expected some more incentives to be offered as they had begun "clearing out" the 2013 models to make room for the 2014s. There was little in this respect. (2) I had a trade in and indications, speaking to others that had traded in vehicles, as well as my mechanic I was expecting to get 4 times as much as I did. and (3) While my dealer was very friendly, funny and knowledgable he was often needing to leave the room (assumingly to speak with other customers). He was also very fast talking and quick to dismiss other information I brought in. I had gone into the dealer ready to spend what I did on the car that I did, however speaking to tthe dealer left me somewhat overwhelmed and somewhat frustrated, and made me second guess my decisions. More patience, understanding and a willingness to explore questions I had brought up would have been a big help in making me feel completely solid with the decision that I had made. At the end of the day I knew this was the car I wanted and I knew this was likely the price I would be paying. I am happy with my vehicle and while the process could have been better, I am glad that I made the decision I did. More
