It honestly makes me wonder whether their staff ever receive any customer service training, especially when it comes to professionalism and basic moral standards. Below are some of my experience when I purchase New Honda HRV 2025 First Issue –lack of transparency June 30, 2024 I was dealing with a dealer, who added three car accessories to my bill without my consent. These additions were never mentioned beforehand—I only discovered them by myself when reviewing the invoice. When I refused to pay for them, he told me, "If you don't want to buy my mandatory package, then don't buy the car. I have 25 years of car selling experience and I can sell this car immediately without you ". At that moment, it felt like he was pressuring me so aggressively, it was as if he was ready to pull a gun if I didn’t agree. I felt completely hopeless and forced to accept it. Second Issue – Lack of Accountability0 Jun 30, 2024 Afterward, I met the General Manager, S.G., to request a refund for the unauthorized charges. He said he needed to speak to the Sales Manager first, who was apparently on vacation, and promised to get back to me within two weeks. That was the last I ever heard from him. No follow-up. No update. No resolution. I was completely ignored. Third Issue – August 2024: Ongoing Lack of Response In August 2024, I made multiple attempts to follow up with S.B. regarding my refund and unresolved concerns. I called several times—he never answered. I left two voice messages. No response. On August 12, I even sent a text message. Again, no reply. Eventually, I managed to speak with an assistant and left another message for S.B through the assistant. Still, S.B. never got back to me. This repeated silence showed a complete lack of accountability and basic respect for customers. It felt like they were simply trying to wait me out, hoping I would give up. Nearly a year after the original incident, I finally received a call from the Sales Manager—the same person who was supposed to contact me back in 2024. This only happened after I posted a public review describing my experience with what I believe was a fraudulent sales tactic. During that call, we came close to resolving the issue. However, as the conversation went on, it became clear that one lie had led to another. The 25-year-experienced dealer’s behavior wasn’t just a small mistake—it reflected a deeper issue with how sales are conducted at this dealership Fifth Issue – June 2025: Still No Accountability In June 2025, I tried again to get a final resolution by contacting the Sales Manager. Sadly, the same unhelpful, dismissive attitude continues. I called Honda Winnipeg (Waverley) multiple times and eventually managed to reach the Sales Manager directly. He told me he would follow up with me the next day, on June 24, 2025, after a scheduled meeting around noon. As of today, I’ve still received no follow-up, no call, and no resolution. It’s hard to believe how consistently this dealership fails to take responsibility or communicate properly. I’ve made every effort to resolve this professionally, but it seems they simply do not care. Dear Sales Manager of Winnipeg Honda, You have offered me $200 service credit for an overcharge of $1000 without my consent. Would you give me $1000 if I offered you a $200 gift card? If you would, then I would consider accepting your offer. My case cannot be closed with only $200 service credit. I expect a fair resolution based on the actual overcharge. More

These charges came as a complete surprise when I was presented with the final bill. Is this practice part of your employee training? He did not inform me at all regarding added extra bill. I just realized by myself on the day I had to pick up the car. I had already sold my old car and borrowed money from bank. That's why it was too late not to buy the Honda HR-V 2025. It was all the dealer's plan, and I was completely fooled. It was horrible, terrible, miserable customer services. The service we received while purchasing our van far exceeds the service we've received after. Our mpi claim has been drawn out for almost 2 years, and ended with a substantial bill that we were left to exceeds the service we've received after. Our van worked better after we hit a deer but before we brought it to the dealership than when we picked it up. Nothing has been their responsibility and every person I talk to has no clue what has happened or why. The communication we received through out the process was limited, and only when I reached out to them. Any promises of a return call were completely empty. We had safety concerns with our vehicle after we picked it up the first time, and were made to wait over a year before they would take it back and look at it again. Very frustrated with the process and the lack of interest in my concerns and the issues with my vehicle. Looking for a new service center. More
Reached out to Sean Bibeau and his people at Honda after getting little satisfaction from MPIC in regards to my Venza. They were very helpful in helping me find a new car and giving me a good orientation to getting little satisfaction from MPIC in regards to my Venza. They were very helpful in helping me find a new car and giving me a good orientation to all the electronics involved with my new Honda Accord. The experience was a very positive one and I am very happy that they helped me through this difficult time of letting go of my Venza and adopting my new Accord.
