I recently bought a car from them. Initially I wanted to purchase the extended warranty but I changed my mind during signing day. The financial manager got very aggressive with me. He told me he couldn't ca purchase the extended warranty but I changed my mind during signing day. The financial manager got very aggressive with me. He told me he couldn't cancel it. He even said "I'm giving you everything you want, my manager will not cancel it for you" (very professional). They then proceeded to tell after signing the bill of sale that I couldn't take my car home that day because it had a recall and then called it a reprogramming. They were lying because they thought they could get the manager to force me to sign the contract for the extended warranty. The next day, I go in to talk to the manager and he tells me that I can't get the car until I sign the contract for the warranty. He told me that everything has been pushed through on their end. I tell him that it is not my fault they pushed it through without having my signature. He then says that he cannot cancel it as it is the warranty companies job. I call TWO customer service representatives from the warranty company in front of him on speaker and they BOTH say that it is the dealerships job. He denied it for an hour both to me and to the customer representatives. After having spent over an hour in his office he finally says he wants to come to a 'resolution' and that he will rewrite the bill of sale. Magically all of the sudden he can cancel the warranty. I don't believed that they pushed the warranty through but I think they were trying to coerce me into signing the contract to get commission. If they didn't have a deposit from me, I wouldn't have bought from them. Please be careful if you decide to go to this Mazda. Do not get the warranty. Go to another Mazda location if you can. More

Wonderful Experience I had the best experience at Windsor Mazda. The staff were all lovely and patient (especially Moon!!).
