Warranty work? Bought a 2015 2500 super Duty brand new brought in for warranty work at 74000km as I bought the best Warranty they had 36 months or 150000km this way Bought a 2015 2500 super Duty brand new brought in for warranty work at 74000km as I bought the best Warranty they had 36 months or 150000km this way I would be covered for all the little things that Ford tries to charge you for.So took in and valve spring on engine was loose and in mean time they found that a ball joint and tie rod was fulty so they replaced under warranty but I had to pay for alignment seems reasonable but funny is how they find things that are wrong that they can only make money off.so I told them since I have full warranty and it doesn't cost me anything fix the back up camera that's not working and the tail gate latch witch they some how missed in there ispections that you get ever time you bring it in there shop.So they call me and tell me it's ready and the bill is $666.00 +- Now I'm pissed because this truck is 1 year old and has 74000km on it and I bought the $4100.00+ extended warranty for little stuff.So talked to service manager and asked why I'm I getting such a high bill ? He said the camera and tailgate mechanism wasn't covered under WarranyARE YOU SERIOUS! So he would look into it and see what he could do,called me back and said he could drop bill to $433.00+- as mechanic only had to solder wire for ground to get camera working (seems like they were over charging me till I got mad too bad I had to get angry ,still had to pay for internal tail gate latch that was faulty ?I have always bought my company Ford trucks out of town as they are $6000.00 to $8000.00 cheaper but thought I would support local in these tough times not anymore! Worst service ever ! We took our 2013 F150 in to this dealer to have warranty work done, when the truck was dropped off we told the service counter that we already knew th We took our 2013 F150 in to this dealer to have warranty work done, when the truck was dropped off we told the service counter that we already knew the spark plugs needed to be changed but to look at our back door as it would not open and should be coved under our extended warranty. After leaving our truck there all day with no word from them we stopped by to see how things were going shortly before 5pm. When we arrived we were informed that all that had been done was a diagnostic telling them what we had already told them when we dropped of the truck and that we to be charged $250 for them doing this! Then we were informed that the reason are spark plugs needed to be replaced is due to a KNOWN ISSUE with the Eco Boost's ! When we told service counter that this should be told to people when they buy there response was " well we wouldn't sell any trucks if we did that" ! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Then we were informed that they charge above and beyond what the extended warranty covers! ( they charge more labor the what ford covers ). Could not believe this ! Frustrated we asked for the keys, and it took them 20 minutes to find our truck ! Long story short this was our 10th ford we have owned.... we now have a Nissan and will NOT be Back ! More

Great overall experience I came to see Pete at Windsor because of the positive reputation I heard from colleagues. His laid back attitude and exceptional knowledge of the mar I came to see Pete at Windsor because of the positive reputation I heard from colleagues. His laid back attitude and exceptional knowledge of the market was second to none. He was hassle free and showed me all options available with a no pressure sales strategy. In the word's of the service manager "We didn't make any money off you from the initial sale so we aren't going to help you out, but we'd love to have your business going forward." If I wanted to pay for all the WARRANTY work up front they would help me out. Makes a ton of sense. More
I have a fleet of over 60 Ford trucks and this dealerships sales and service far exceed my expectations. I have had zero issues in purchasing trucks or servicing our whole fleet.
