I am on my third vehicle with this dealer (2 lease and one purchase)and I got to tell you, I knew this was the only place for me the day that I was estranged at a funeral with a flat tire on my 1500 Ram and from the service girl right up to the,well one of, the owner I was tended to like I was the only customer they had and I was royal to boot! They have bent over backwards after that, on my future business, being another Ram and now my Journey. John Daly presents with the best skills as a salesman that is no pushing, lots of encouragement and an overall friendly and knowledgeable attitude both for the vehicle itself and the process to acquire. Would I recommend this dealership to others? That's the big question. Unequivocally yes, matter of fact I would go out of my way to send someone to Windsor Chrysler dealership than any other dealership as I don't feel they would get the service a customer deserves to have when purchasing their Dodge or other Chrysler Group vehicles. I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. After driving it for a couple weeks, I started to hear a rattle in the back. I brought my Jeep in and they needed to keep it overnight.
