purchased a new dodge charger in 2011 from this dealer purchased a new dodge charger in 2011 from this dealer sales girl anne was phenominal and did everythiing in her power to complete the sale. she ass purchased a new dodge charger in 2011 from this dealer sales girl anne was phenominal and did everythiing in her power to complete the sale. she assured i was happy with sale and even followed up after sale. in august of this year ,with 30,000 km on vehicle,the engine developed a noted ticking noise. car was brought in and worn lifters were identified on left bank,after replacement the noise was still there,so further investigation revealed the cam was "not pointed"at the factory ,which caused the lifters to wear and caused damage to left cylinder head car has been in shop and until parts come in will remain in shop,approx 1.5 to 2 weeks of inconveinence. this all stems back to the factory,for example,where is the quality control?the car had a passed inspection sticker on the window when i bought it.who inspected it,?????? this has been a major dissapointment and disruption windsor chrysler is in the process of repairing my vehicle but why should something like this happen chrysler claims it has regrouped and is dedicated to customer satisfaction,,,,,,,, to whom?the shareholders? i have written to chrysler canada and still waiting for any response it is too bad that a sales rep like anne,works so hard to sell a vehicle ,only to be embarresed by the junk coming off the assembly line funny,my old car was a 2003 grand am,it had 333,000 kms on it when i gave it to my daughter last year,and it is still on the road. thanks chrysler More
Went in to purchase a new vehicle awhile ago. I did some shopping around before hand so I had comparison prices to similar vehicles at other Chrysler dealerships. Initially they said they would match any ot shopping around before hand so I had comparison prices to similar vehicles at other Chrysler dealerships. Initially they said they would match any other price I was given and I was given some sort of guarantee that they would match it or I'd get $100 Keg gift card. I initially left to think things over, it is a big purchase after-all. I came back two days later to purchase the vehicle. Right away they started screwing my around and said that their price on the vehicle was a $1000 more than the listed price on the vehicle? One of the managers then gave me the various discounts but was still nowhere close to the price they initially told me they could match. They told me the other dealership was lying to me and would not actually give me the vehicle for the price they quoted and that I would be back to buy the vehicle from them. (I even had written proof of the quote to show them) So they handed me another one of their useless guarantees but for what? They didn't match the quote I had! Shouldn't I have gotten the gift card? Needless to say, I went to the other dealership THAT NIGHT and ended up paying what they initially quoted minus another $500 for a total savings of $1800 + tax. I don't like being screwed around and thats what these guys did! They made promises they couldn't keep and a guarantee they didn't honor! I'm not sure why you guys even have these? Oh and by the way, this was dealing with one of the floor managers. Maybe they thought because I was younger they could strong-arm me, but I knew better. They lost the sale and a customer for LIFE. My recommendation: by a Dodge, just not here. There are two other dealerships in town, I bought mine somewhere else and love it. More
I found Dave to be very informative and friendly. He did not rush me.He made me feel valued. Brad was easy going. He took the time to explain everthing I needed to know. I have been dealing with Windsor Chrysler since 1998 and would not go to another dealership. I have looked at vehicles at other places but never purchased one as I felt rushed and pressured. I have never felt this way before at Windsor Chrysler. These employees deserve recognition for their compassion and concern. They both possess excellent communication skills and are personable and respected. My sincere thanks to them. Hassan was a pleasant sales peson to work with. He asked very politely what I was interested in. He did not hassel, but rather, was patient, and explained the services Windsor Chrysler had to offer. I was looking for a used vehicle that was posted on the website and was advised that it was sold already. Hassan worked with me and assisted to weigh options so that I could get the most bang for my buck. Eventually I noticed a used vehicle with low km's. When working out a deal, Hassan's approach was very professional. He asked me what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Most times when I have purchased a used vehicle I get into a bidding war with the sales person. Hassan, presented me with a piece of paper and said, you tell me what you think is fair and affordable and I will present your offer to my manager. The result, was Hassan was able to meet and exceed because he not only worked out a favourable price, I received a warming service package, a clean vehicle, and a complimentary full tank of fuel. I own and operate a small business and have been leasing since 2001, but have purchased vehicles since 1987. In all my lease's nor purchases I have not received as much attention and service to ensure my requirements were met. Hassan represented Windsor Chrysler professionally as did the support staff during the processing of the purchase. More
When I brought my car in to have the back-up camera and my phone problems fixed (see my previous review about these problems) I was dealing with Lisa from service and she was great. Very nice to deal with and let me explain what problems I was having. I was advised that they could not fix my problem that day and needed to reschedule my appointment for during the week, so that they could replace my radio, as this was what the problem was. I was told that a new radio would be installed. I understand that a refurbished radio (a radio that was taken out of a previously owned car that had a problem and sent away to be fixed) was installed into my 2010 Journey and not a new radio as I was told. I expected a new radio and not a refurbished radio since I only bought my car in July, 2010, so I am disappointed about this. But, my back-up camera seems to be working all the time now which is great. However, I am still having problems with my phone. I am able to pair my phone up (which was not done by the dealership even though my phone was left for them to do so) and I put in phone numbers that I wanted, however, I am having voice recognition problems with some of the numbers. The system may recognize the name but will bring up a couple of line numbers and ask which line do you want to call (twice) and then hang up after trying to tell it which line you want to call twice. I then have to proceed to ask the system to dial the number, which is ok, provided you know the number off by heart. I will delete my phone book and try again. But I have also noticed that I am now having voice recognition problems when I want to change stations. I never had this problem with my previous radio before. I also noticed that the tab covering the USB port is not attached properly and comes off when you want to use the plug, this was never a problem before and I am concerned that I may loose this tab. I will need to contact the dealership about this as I have been away and unable to get into Windsor to make them aware of these problems and hopefully get some results. More

Getting a call back from 2 business managers and my salesman was like pulling teeth. Even then, there was a great deal of argument about getting an advertised promotion (was still being advertised on a VERY large sign and they tried to say it was no longer running and still kept the advertising up after I fought to get it). AND both my salesman and business manager forgot to get the promised tint job done for delivery (which was 2 days later than originally stated) causing me to have to come in another day! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! More
