Shirley provides an amazing customer experience Shirley has always been my "Go To" person for service advice. She listens carefully to my issues, provides guidance on service approach and consults mechanic as necessary. She is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable; and as a result, offers an amazing customer service. On one occasion I needed service in the morning and had a work meeting. Shirley ensured my car was ready within a reasonable amount of time for me to get to my meeting across the city. Whether I leave my car or wait in the waiting room, Shirley frequently follows up on the status of the repair. I've recommended 2 people so far to consult with Shirley and they have both been satisfied with the service received. More

Shirley is the best! I had my Buick Enclave for 2.5 yrs now and since then I have been taking it for service at Wilson Niblett. Shirley is the best adviser I have ever dea I had my Buick Enclave for 2.5 yrs now and since then I have been taking it for service at Wilson Niblett. Shirley is the best adviser I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, caring and most importantly offers an amazing customer service. I have to share an incident where my car was in service and I was supposed to pick it up later in the afternoon. However, the pickup time clashed with my kids' bus returning from school. Instead of sending me the shuttle to pick me up, as usual, Shirley drove my car to my house and had the shuttle return her to the service center, as I had my young kids with me and weren't able to leave them behind. That's the extra mile she goes to ensure her clients are happy and safe. More

Best service ever My son recommended I take my 2004 Cadillac Deville to Wilson Niblett for service because at that time we both drove identical cars and Steve Cunningha My son recommended I take my 2004 Cadillac Deville to Wilson Niblett for service because at that time we both drove identical cars and Steve Cunningham did an emergency repair on my sons car and did a great job. Now since Steve retired we still go there and now our advisor is Shirley Elliott, same great service and unmatched customer service. We both were looking for a reputable service department other than our original dealership that wasn’t as close to our homes as we live on the identical street too! Shirley and the entire service department as well as sales team are always courteous and well knowledgeable about the GM brand. More

Excellent service. I had an appointment to get my snow tires on but since I was in the area one day earlier then my Scheduled appointment, I thought I would call to see I had an appointment to get my snow tires on but since I was in the area one day earlier then my Scheduled appointment, I thought I would call to see if they could fit me in. I have a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and have always taken it to Chevrolet dealerships for service. This vehicle is the first one I have bought brand new. The Staff at Wilson Niblett have always been exceptional, fast and friendly. From finding out a headlight was out, near there closing time, or last minute oil change requests - - the service team have always fixed it for me right away. I am very thankful to have found Wilson Niblett and fully trust there work with my aging Equinox. More
