Absolutely disgusting service Brought my brand new 2016 Corvette in because they had put way too much oil in my very first oil change was showing up 6 inches above full mark. They Brought my brand new 2016 Corvette in because they had put way too much oil in my very first oil change was showing up 6 inches above full mark. They brought the car in the pit stop drained my oil using the oil filter and then brought me there to look at the dipstick and they said look your oil is fine. They kept denying that they drained the oil and took me for an idiot. My car was in the pit for about 45 minutes,so it took them 45 minutes to check my oil?No they where draining my oil of course. Went back home backed into my garage for not even 10 seconds and decided to pull it back out to see if I had any leaks and guess what there was a 2-foot diameter oil spill in not even 10 second idle. They couldn't even tighten the oil filter property to hide their trying to screw me. I stormed back there with the car and they brought it back into the pit stop and sure enough they cleaned any signs of oil and tightened the oil filter and brought me under the car and said look you don't have any oil leaks. They made me to be an idiot again the second time.If you go there tell them you want your cars oil change done in the shop by a real mechanic. That night i couldn't even sleep this was bothering me so much and in the morning I left for work but didn't make it I had to turn around and go back home.I just had to back and see the service manager about what they did to me.So i lost a day of pay from work too.So i went back to see the service manager regarding this and he did nothing to these guys, all he did was agree to change my oil.No doubt in my mind he believed and was sticking up for these guys and thought that i was lying. This all happened aug. 2016 now june 2 2017 i go back for one of my 2 year complimentary oil changes i got when i bought the car and they refused to give me service because i posted this review with my right to freedom of speech.I even called GM's customer care and launched a complaint. They just listened to the service manager and didn't even investigate to see what really happened. They said i was treated fairly according to their procedures. So their procedures are to lie and cheat and screw you. What would my motive have been,to lie about this,to get a free oil change that was already free?To just waste my time and loose a days pay just for fun? They said this review was abusive, but what they did to me and my new car was not. Would not recommend anyone to bring their car hear. Not just corvette owners but any cars.Do not listen to the good reviews.Thise people obviously haven't discovered what they truly are.And I know from someone on the inside that this happens to corvettes all the time in this place. STAY AWAY. More

They provided with the most support during my most difficult time. The event happened as follows, around noon on January 16th, I was driving with my mother from Mackenzie hospital to Newmarket South Lake hospital to support my father’s heart surgery procedure. Just as we were driving before Elgin Mills on Yonge street, a huge plastic bag landed onto the middle of the road - right in front of my car. There were many cars driving closely behind me, hence I could not stop to avoid the obstacle, but rather I had to try to drive over it. However because the plastic bag was so large, it got intertwined into my engine and starting making clunking noises and exerting a strong burning plastic scent. I was very worried about my father and was very frustrated about my car because it seemed like there was no way to keep driving with my car in that state. I saw Wilson Niblett almost immediately after the incident, and I decided to turn into the dealership to try to figure out a way to pull the plastic out of my engine. I went under the car to try to pull the plastic bag out of the engine, however it would not budge. So I went into the dealership to borrow a pair of scissors to try to cut loose the plastic bag. There were three gentleman standing in the shop, it looked like they were having a meeting. After hearing that I needed to borrow a pair of scissors, one gentleman went into the back to grab me a pair to lend me - I later learned that his name is John. He then inquired more information about why I needed to borrow a pair of scissors, and came outside in just a sweater to see the state of my car. He wanted to help me take out the plastic bag, but it was so difficult he could not do much either. At this time, a mechanic named Ralph came out of the garage, and John asked Ralph to take a look at my car. Ralph went under my car with no hesitation in the cold to check out my car. For 10 minutes, Ralph tried to take out the plastic bag from my engine, however he only managed to take out a small part of it. John then asked Ralph if it’s possible to move the car into the garage so they can raise it up to examine and figure out a solution to fix my car. Then John, Ralph and another young gentleman spent 40 minutes in the garage to try to take out the plastic bag, because the bag had already started to melt onto the engine. In the end, the three of them were all dripping with sweat and successfully removed the majority of the plastic bag. After the job was done, John showed me my car, and there was a lot of plastic bag remains on the ground. In addition to this, John knew that my father was going to undergo surgery, he spent time comforting my mother and I about this situation. During this hard time in my life, John, Ralph and the gentleman really made my day better and helped me out so much not with just my car, but they made it possible for me to get to the hospital in time to be in the company of my father. Even though I thought of myself as being very unlucky that all these things were happening to me all at once, receiving help from these gentlemen made me realize that I still have things to be grateful for in life. In the end, I asked for John’s business card, and found out that he is actually the General Sales Manager. Although I was not his customer, he gave me such tremendous help, my family and I were in awe of his generosity. Even now we have no way of thanking him for what he has done, but I just wanted to share what great customer service Wilson Niblett provides, and what excellent staffs the company consists of. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They kindly offered to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership when the job was done, but kept me waiting almost an hour until I gave up and went for an appointment. Finally, they neglected to inflate the tires correctly, so I had to ask for this to be done again. All round sloppy service. More

I h I tried to buy a car from this dealership before but without luck as they were unable to facilitate the finance process however they did try hard. I had no choice but to purchase from another dealership. TODAY I went to see GARY about buying a Malibu. I requested a test drive. He took my license, made a copy, came back and said "take the brochure home, study it and come back and let me know which model you want to drive". xxx! What a joke you are GARY and what an embarrassment Wilson Niblett. Guess where I'm off to right now - yes that other dealership! Good Luck to you Wilson Niblett! More
