Shirley is the best! I had my Buick Enclave for 2.5 yrs now and since then I have been taking it for service at Wilson Niblett. Shirley is the best adviser I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, caring and most importantly offers an amazing customer service. I have to share an incident where my car was in service and I was supposed to pick it up later in the afternoon. However, the pickup time clashed with my kids' bus returning from school. Instead of sending me the shuttle to pick me up, as usual, Shirley drove my car to my house and had the shuttle return her to the service center, as I had my young kids with me and weren't able to leave them behind. That's the extra mile she goes to ensure her clients are happy and safe. More
