I will try to keep this as short as possible but the details are important. I have been with this dealership for 4 years. Earlier this month, I traded in my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and decided to upgrade as details are important. I have been with this dealership for 4 years. Earlier this month, I traded in my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and decided to upgrade as my family is growing to the 2025 Grand Jeep Cherokee. They inspected the car as is expected and assured me all is well. 3 days after the brand new 2025 Grand Jeep Cherokee breaks down on the Trans Canada highway. The car went into safety mode and refused to even allow me to get to the right shoulder and then shut off completely with the service transmission warning. I wasn’t properly off the highway and almost got hit 3 times by traffic. After 3 hours I was towed. To add insult to injury, yesterday I was informed by their finance department that there was a delay in the paperwork which resulted in me having to pay an extra biweekly payment for the car that I no longer owned. They have yet to make it right and they keep gloating about being the number 1 dealership in Canada. My advice is stay away from this dealership and stay away from American cars. You are better off paying for a Toyota 4 Runner. With Toyota stay away from the ones made in Virginia, make sure they are made in Japan. More

Kyle assured me—not once, not twice, but three times—that the van was equipped with heated seats and a heated steering wheel. After signing the papers, I quickly realized that was a complete lie. When I confronted him, he promised to have them installed. But the moment he got my money, he vanished. It’s been over two weeks, and he has completely ghosted me. No follow-ups, no solutions—just radio silence. But it gets worse. He was completely dishonest about the price. When we spoke on the phone, I asked him to be upfront about all costs so I wouldn’t be hit with unexpected charges. Yet, to my absolute dismay, I was gobsmacked to see an extra $4,000 added to my bill. When I told him I was frustrated and unimpressed, he offered to "make it right" by throwing in a $500 gas card. Surprise, surprise—I'm still waiting for that, too. And let’s not forget the other broken promises: The van was supposed to have all-weather tires. It doesn’t. It arrived with a chipped windshield and a non-functional power outlet. I was promised an extra key—still waiting. I STILL haven’t received my copies of the paperwork I signed. The gas card? Yeah, I won’t hold my breath. This entire experience has been nothing but lies, deception, and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you’re looking for integrity, you won’t find it at Kyle Linn’s desk. Avoid Kyle Linn, avoid Willowbrook, and avoid Canada Drives unless you enjoy being misled and ignored. More

After waiting 5 days, I realized he was full of sh.., and he never returned with anything. This dealership is a joke, and my personal opinion is, dont bother with these morons. I have never had such a bad experience with trying to have something corrected as I have with this dealership. Sold a car Sept 2023, plastic was peeling inside and the brakes didn't to be replaced (only have something corrected as I have with this dealership. Good luck getting a hold of the salesman and advised I had no warranty to cover that. Brought that car in Jan 2024, (Still getting calls about if I want to trade this car in yet I haven't owned in in over a year) sold a used Escape. After some repairs that needed to be completed I was finally able to pick up my car 2 weeks later. They told me they would transfer everything from the other car to the new one, never did. Took another 3 weeks for them to finally locate my property in a garbage bag in the corner of the detailing shop. Car had to be detailed 3 times do to a major mold issue and poor detailing as they missed most of the back seat. They wanted me to put a new windshield through my insurance because the sales guy didn't notice the huge crack. They sent a mobile company to my driveway finally after several conversations. Was told they would make the first payment, wrong I did!! Because of all the note on my file with all the issues I had with those two cars, they called and said we are going to make this write... Don't believe them because I'm now blocked from my sales mans number because they still haven't closed out my old loan so I'm being forced to pay for two cars! I have told them to never, ever call me again. Don't care how good the deal is I will hang up on everyone one from that dealership that calls me from this day forward. If you need a loan that you pay twice a month, good luck! Long story short, this dealership is a joke! There "Friends Mean More Then Money Slogan" only applies to the first car you buy, then you are just a sucker! Trust me, I feel for it and my eyes are wide open. There sale men write positive reviews to try and sucker you in. Don't believe me, read the 5 Star review from August about the truck someone purchased, take note of the name and they check out the sales team on the website.... Same person. More
