I bought a 2017 Dodge Journey new here, and recently took it in for repair because the lights suddenly went off and on, repeatedly while I was driving home on a windy road on a dark night. I had previous it in for repair because the lights suddenly went off and on, repeatedly while I was driving home on a windy road on a dark night. I had previously taken it in for repairs to flickering lights a short while ago, was told that they could find nothing and charged me. Shortly afterwards, I had this terrifying experience described above. I took it back to the shop, described the problem and asked for repairs. Again. A second time. After an hour, I was contacted and went to the service desk to be told that they had run more tests and found nothing. Then, I was presented with a larger bill to pay. After a mutually polite discussion, I was told that the bill was waived. I could go on my way knowing that neither I nor my wife dare drive this car safely at night. Do Chrysler and Williamson owe their customers a moral responsibility to provide a safe Dodge Journey? There are other websites describing electrical problems in the Dodge Journey. What does it take to ensure corporate responsibility? This is shameful. Do not buy this car. More
