A great "new" car experience! For my first car purchase this was the best I could have hoped for! the car i bought did not even make it home I bought a 2013 chevy cruze they said had passed safety and had no problems. none showed when i took it for a test drive. I didn’t even make it home before the check engine light as well as service stabilitrack and service traction control message came on and lost all power to the rpm gauge and would not accelerate. all they said they would do is drive it back( they know it wouldn’t make it back) but very disappointed i couldn’t even get the car home without issues coming up. we lifted the hood and found tons of hockey tape keeping things together. it took some digging in the engine once i got it home. for them either not to know or not to mention it was extremely unprofessional. definitely not worth the drive. will be taking it to a mechanic to see if it’s worth trying to fix or just send it back to get my money back for a car that truly must be a lemon that they sold and hid from the buyers. i am so disappointed i can’t even express the amount of time i wasted with wilfs ford. not worth your drive. this car clearly should not be safetied if the engine cuts out and the rpm gauge stops working and it will stop shifting gears so you can only go as fast and first gear will allow. they rushed the sale as much as possible they’re debit machine was not working so had to go get a money order from portage la prairie. they didn’t care as long as we got this lemon off their lot More

Justin responded quickly to emails and requests for information. He was honest and open about pricing, payment options, and added features for our truck. When I arrived to sign papers and pick up the truck, the whole process was seamless. The truck was ready to go and paperwork did not take long. I was impressed with the finance officer. She gave me information about different programs that could be added to our truck, but did not push as other dealerships tend to. We will definitely return when it's time for a new truck. More

Take your Buisness to another dealer. To start , one star was the least I could give! I went this January to look at a 2000 Diesel F 250 they had on the lot. They claimed it had passed a safety by their Mechanics. They where asking 13,900 for it, and the sales man was very abrupt over the phone, but as we where looking for a truck like this to pull or 5 th wheel, I let it go. I drove about an hour and a half to look at it, and when I got there it looked to be in good condition to be honest. I am not out to slam and lie, and get even in any way for not getting the truck, it turned out to be over priced and I was glad I did not end up getting it. I had arranged to take the truck to a local diesel Mech, who has his own shop nearby, before final purchase. This was an unbiased view, and for my own piece of mind. It turned out to have a few issues that in his mind should ...NEVER... ( His Words ) have allowed it to pass safety . So I took it back to the sales man and showed him the paper work. I had intended to buy the truck at this point, if these issues where corrected , for info I spent appx, 200 dollars for this independent review. At this point I want to take the time to give a shout out to Dorian of DMC Diesel in Warren MB. This was where I took the truck and talk about the best experience , vs dealing with Pete at Elie Ford ! Dorian was super professional and so interested in doing the most detailed review for my money. He was genuinely concerned for me and it showed in his attitude and work on my possible purchase truck. I simply could not say enough good things about my experience and time in his shop. I have to add, all the diplomas posted all around his shop, could not help but impress! He clearly is outstanding in his field and takes great pride in his education, and the level of service he provides. If you have a diesel truck , or know someone who does, he is more than worth the drive. when we get our diesel truck in the end , he will be my only Mechanic, so at least this was worth the whole experience, if nothing else! Sorry back to my Elise story! I was floored by Pete's response to what DMC diesel found, he simply did not care. When I pointed out what the Diesel Mech found, in his professional opinion, safety issues with the truck being on the road, they should at least be concerned and take action to fix these issues . However his only response was to say," We have spent enough on this truck already, not interested in doing anything more". He said " besides you are now into the truck for 200 dollars, and you drove all the way out here, lol . He was not willing to do anything to the truck even though I had a independent review of the truck from a Red Seal diesel mech and pointed out the truck was not safe to be on the road according to an independent professional review! My reason for this message is to warn others, that in this case, this sales man ( PETE ), as a result this dealership had no concern for the safety of the customers and those on the road. So in my personal opinion I would avoid this dealership completely ! Also I would like to remind anyone looking to buy a used truck, or car...…..TAKE IT TO AN INDEPENDANT MECH.... it may be the best money you ever spend !!!. You may be very surprised , as I was with what they find! I have no doubt that there are dealership who would have handled this situation in a different and more responsible manner. Which leads me to ask, where else might this attitude prevail in the safety and work they may do, or the used trucks, cars they sell. I hope this review gives you reason for concern as this exchange did for me. Hopefully you will reconsider this dealership and take your business else where. I wish to add that Pete was the most rude and abrupt sales man I have ever dealt with, I honestly don't know why this dealership keeps him . I also wish to add that I did purchase a brand new Ford 2010 Escape from another dealer in Winnipeg on Regent, who is no longer in business 2010. So I have no issues with Ford ! More
