Great way to get a new car!! So Today I decided was the day to get a new car, and started the day by checking out the dealerships stock on their website to see what i liked. Once So Today I decided was the day to get a new car, and started the day by checking out the dealerships stock on their website to see what i liked. Once I found what i liked, i made contact via the online chat and did the preapproval process within few minutes. I got an email while I was on the phone with them to send in the neccessary documents, and made an Appointment for 3pm to go in a look at the vehicle i chose, and for them to look at my trade in. I arrived on the dot at 3pm, was greeted warmly by the lady in Reception, who directly me onto Daniel, who promptly came through and welcomed me. He handed me over to Devin Roberts who took over the whole experience for me. He showed me two or three vehicles, allowed me to sit in the car, play with some of the toys, offered a test drive, which i declined as I already knew I wanted the car. That said, we finalised the dealerships lease offer to try and match my financial needs, and a deal was struck. Within 30 mintues I had a new car being prepared for me. Even the finance lady, Judy Wall, was oober friendly and explained some of the extra options to me. That too was done and dusted within 15 Mins. I hopefully get my new car this Friday!! I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car, friendly service, and an experience to remember. keep up the good work guys. More

Worst Experience With a Dealership Terrible experience picking up new Lincoln vehicle, garbage customer service, continuously extended deadlines and after waiting for an hour and a half Terrible experience picking up new Lincoln vehicle, garbage customer service, continuously extended deadlines and after waiting for an hour and a half felt like leaving the vehicle here. The nonchalant attitude of the manager was also disappointed and something I found alarming as they evidently didn’t value our business. Would never purchase a car from here not would I allow them to service my vehicle. After having purchased the car more than 3 weeks ago we finally received the car which was dirty and unkept. Their main reason for the delay was to “ensure it was clean.” Stay away from this place they are arrogant and lacking in forethought. More
