No Followup Initially Steven was helpful and attentive and my wife and I test drove two used 2016 Lincolns. When asked to check availability of a different colo Initially Steven was helpful and attentive and my wife and I test drove two used 2016 Lincolns. When asked to check availability of a different colour with other dealers and provide a valuation for my trade-in ...that was the last we heard from him....two messages to his cell and one to reception were not returned over a period of a week. We subsequently, within a week, purchased a a 2016 Lincoln MKX from another dealer who found the exact vehicle we wanted. Maybe Steven was having a bad week, however no excuse for not at least returning calls. More

Another great experience at Whiteoak Ford Lincoln Sales ! Diane was great to deal with. I traded in my 2014 Ford Escape for a 2018 and was driving my new wheels in just 2 days.
