Stay away from them!!! I tried to buy a vehicle from these guys - dealt with John the sales advisor and he was very patient. I initially had decided on the 2019 Honda Pilot I tried to buy a vehicle from these guys - dealt with John the sales advisor and he was very patient. I initially had decided on the 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L Navi but then my wife wanted the Touring as we felt we wanted the RES for the kids. I put a deposit down for $1000 and when I went back today and renegotiated for the Touring ( earlier I was happy they asked me for my registration papers and John had called me and told me that I would get about $3500+tax for my 2006 Honda Odyssey. However, when I went back a few days later to work out a deal for the Touring .... the sales manager wouldn’t accept it saying the doors were not working , too many after market parts etc and that NO Honda dealer would accept my trade. He asked me to sell it privately and I left there disappointed! I left there and went to Jonker Honda and the sales manager there Elia who has been in the business for 35years drove my vehicle pointed out the issues and gave me $4k for my trade and $2k off the MSRP for a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring 7p which was very fair and close to the number I was willing to pay! More
Customer Service Nightmare Worst customer service imaginable. Had service done on new Honda after four months. Although told it would be covered was asked tp pay for an oil change. When I questioned this the Sales Manager spun on his heel and walked away saying "I don't need this". Incredibly rude ! 19 emails and phone calls to the dealership and Honda Canada and I still haven't received an apology, the only thing I am asking for. This has dragged on for 4.5 months. I have been lied to, ignored, had promises of action broken. Totally unacceptable. This takes in the Customer Service and Mediation Departments at Honda Canada as well. I will never deal with Honda again and I urge you to think twice before dealing with Honda. We were warned about White Rock Honda and choose to ignore the warning. Don't make our mistake. More
