Above and Beyond Service Recently I had my car into White Oak's Collision Centre for a repair. Was in a minor accident with my vehicle late on Friday afternoon. Called White Oak's Collision Centre at about 4:45pm (they close at 5pm) - Tom answered the phone. After a brief conversation I said I would leave my home right away and hopefully would get there in about 5 minutes. Tom said no problem, don't hurry, I don't mind waiting - and so Tom waited, looked my car over and provided me an estimate, we finished up about 5:30pm. Some may say so what's a half hour - I say it is excellent customer service by a professional, caring and compassionate person especially on a Friday after a long week. So they ordered the necessary parts, I brought my car in and was given a ride by a lovely gentleman to the car rental company - so charming and easy to talk to. The repairs to my car were flawless - my car looks new again. The service provided me by Tom was excellent - above and beyond and all the staff were friendly and helpful whether I was there in person or on the phone. I would highly recommend White Oak's Collision Centre. More

Awesome work I had my car repaired at a local highly rated body shop that was crap, I had to take it to Whiteoaks to get the job done properly. The work at Whiteoa I had my car repaired at a local highly rated body shop that was crap, I had to take it to Whiteoaks to get the job done properly. The work at Whiteoaks was far superior to the previous shop. I have restored cars myself and shipped one to California for sale, so I think I know something about repairing cars. Whiteoaks Collision will get all of my insurance work and reference now. More
