Used Prius C problem bought a used prius C privately. Had some expensive electrical issues from perhaps a previous accident, corrosion of the wires plus a mouse nest. Checked and found on the internet that toyota used soy based wiring. The prius C is low to the ground so can be amazing mice food! Cameron and Riley did a great job communicating the problem, and took extra time to diagnose the numerous warning lights that were buried with the technician. Very good dealership and well run. The owner Ian Kingsley and Service manager Tara Parsons w I went to the Whitby Toyota dealership as a last resort in helping to solve a service issue. The owner Ian Kingsley and Service manager Tara Parsons went way over and above what I would have expected to help me out in every way possible. In short, the repair was done quickly, professionally and courteously with approximately 40% less cost than another Toyota dealer in my area. The time they spent with me when they were obviously tremendously busy was a testament to the care with which they treat every customer who walks through the door. I will be a loyal customer of this dealership for life! It was reaffirming to see that this level of service and care still exists. More

Rashid made my purchase experience at Whitby Toyota so easy. Reacenty I took my 2012 Rave 4 in for service . While I was there I decided to take a look at the vehicle inventory for a trade up. Having never purchased a vehicle on my own I was nervous and hesitant. I quickly realized that Rashid was not going to push me into purchasing anything that I was not 100 percent sure of. He diligently answered all of my questions and concerns . Most importantly he didn’t rush me and allowed me to take as much time as needed to make a decision without the pressure associated with most dealerships. In the end I decided to purchase and picked up my new Rave 4 two days later. I was then happy to see Rashid was in contact with me the next day to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Rashid to all my friends and family when looking for a new vehicle. This is exactly the experience everyone should have when purchasing a vehicle. More

They fixed the air conditioning last time and got more than $300, and the system doesn’t work and yesterday they asked me to pay about $700 to fix their bad maintenance! I don’t recommend such place! I had a very bad experience with customer service, it was really nightmare. I left their place unsatisfied with their reactions and fake stories, nobody was care about my case. My car left your place with unsolved issue. More
