The dealership is just too busy, employees herd you around like livestock animals especially when your dropping your vehicle off. Maybe I’m old school or just getting old but I don’t get that fuzzy feeling inside that makes me want to come back to Whitby Toyota.( unless I have to ) I own 2 Toyota vehicles the second one not purchased at Whitby for the reasons mentioned above.
