Staff at Whitby Toyota are fantastic. Jay, Brian, the ladies in service, Adam and crew are fabulous! Idropped my car off night before. Next morning I received a call from Jay in service letting me know, my car was received and they would get right back to me once they looked at my car. I came today and from start to finish I believe the service was excellent. When I called to book my appointment for my vehicle tire Jessica answer the phone she was very professional. She invited to come in right away. the moment I walked in the service that I got was one number. Anthony Forbes, which is one of the service advisor was very professional very helpful and very thoughtful. He took my concern I had about my vehicle very seriously. also Grace and Griffin were very helpful to me and I must say that certainly, my family, and I will continue to come to service our vehicles to Whitby Toyota and I would recommend there services. Overall I have been satisfied with the service of Whitby Toyota. However, on May 10, 2023, the staff went above and beyond. I went to Toyota for a regular oil change and to get my snow tires off and my gen Toyota. However, on May 10, 2023, the staff went above and beyond. I went to Toyota for a regular oil change and to get my snow tires off and my general tires on. Toyota staff advised me that my snow tires were very worn and did not recommend that it was safe for me to continue to use them. While I was there, minor damage occurred to one of my snow tires by a technician. This minor damage was pointed out to me and the staff took full responsibility. Jason Ells and Gord Sasse went out of their way to ensure that I received complimentary 4 snow tires (a set). I appreciated very much the service that I received from all of the Toyota staff especially on that day! More
