Awesome first new car experience! Our sales rep was Tim Hay and he was great! I'd never bought a new car before and he made the process not only fun, but easy and quick! Outstanding experience, great people, great price A couple of days ago I picked up my 2015 RAV4 from Whitby Toyota. Buying it and trading in my car was a very good experience, helped by Joe Raffi, the A couple of days ago I picked up my 2015 RAV4 from Whitby Toyota. Buying it and trading in my car was a very good experience, helped by Joe Raffi, the salesperson that took care of us, Dave Marshall, the sales manager, Keith Kelly, who helped us with the paperwork, and the owner, Ian. All in all, one of the best experiences buying a car I have had. The trade in of my previous car was fair, and the car I wanted was located an delivered as promised, perfectly on time. I have to commend Whitby Toyota for having great people and taking their customers seriously. More

Bought my first Toyota From Here! I bought my first Toyota here from Evan Hill. I have owned other cars but never a Toyota. What a great experience it was to work with Evan Hill. When we left my 13 year old son said "wow I can't believe how well we were treated and the amazing respect Evan showed us" I went back a month later to look at a Corolla which was a better fit for my son and I. Once again the experience was great! Evan is an amazing person to deal with I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for Toyota! More

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am a single mother with three children on a tight budget who needed a reliable car to replace my older vehicle. I researched several car's as well I am a single mother with three children on a tight budget who needed a reliable car to replace my older vehicle. I researched several car's as well as companies on-line. My experience as a woman hasn't always been positive at other car manufacturer's, there's a tendency to talk down to women. That was not my experience at Whitby Toyota. I have never owned a Toyota but was very impressed by it's safety features and over all ratings. When I went to the showroom to see the car, I was greeted by Joe Raffi. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was very considerate of my budget. He went through the car's special features, showed me the car's safety advantages and answered all my questions. Even though the dealership was closing for the evening, Joe didn't make me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. When I went to pick up the vehicle I purchased, Joe was helping another customer with a test drive. Pearce Herder was there completing the paperwork etc with my family and I. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went through my documents pointing out the important information I needed to know. Before we left, he took the time to go through car's interior and operation so that I could safely drive my car. Not only did he give me his full attention, but also included my young daughter's making them feel part of the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Joe or Pearce in the future. They made my first experience with Toyota a wonderful one. More
