He has been unfailingly patient with my questions and excellent at answering them, friendly, efficient, and professional, a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Gary and this dealership to anyone who is looking for good cars and excellent service. The service department has never let me down - everyone there is pleasant and helpful and they always try hard to get me in and out as fast as they can. They seem to understand that my time is important too. Two other family members have Corollas from this dealership and last fall my best friend bought one too! More

New leasing experience Staff very helpful as I saw 3 gentlemen to complete my leasing decision. First time went for test drive and found Lance and Dave very helpful and not Staff very helpful as I saw 3 gentlemen to complete my leasing decision. First time went for test drive and found Lance and Dave very helpful and not pushy which means a lot to me. Second visit was to sign paperwork and met with Keith who explained the leasing process very well. I picked up my Toyota Matrix last evening and Lance explained all features at length he did not rush through it. All in all I am extremely happy with my decision to go back to Whitby Toyota as my first few cars were Toyota's I then switch to General Motors for awhile, but now I am glad to be back.
