He was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle as well as being extremely helpful in guiding me towards the vehicle that best suited my needs. It is one of life's major purchases and it is good to know that you can depend on someone to sell to you based on what your needs are and not how much money they can make. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Evan should be commended. I also worked with David and he was there for my first 2 vehicles. Again... outstanding customer service. More

Over the years we have done some comparison shopping and there is NO dealership that even comes close to the service, reliability, flexibility, price, and quality of professionalism. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members over the years and all have been terrific. The staff truly know their products and are willing to take the time to explain what you need to know as a customer. The good thing is that I am confident that my car will receive excellent follow-up service in the years to come. The team in the service department will bend over backwards for their clients. He knows his product and Gary works with you to find the best product, options and price for your needs, with no pressure to buy. He simply arms you with the facts so you can make an informed decision that is right for you! Gary is also terrific at looking after the details, including the smaller ones. When we purchased our 2015 Camry he recommended snow tires, which we bought, and suggested we opt for lower kilometre extended warranty based on our historical mileage, and he ensured all of our options were satisfied when we picked up the car. When you thought it couldn't get any better, he spent an hour in the car with us reviewing the many features, and took our temporary insurance coverage and cut it to the standard slip size so it could be included in the small folder with the ownership. It may not seem like much, but a thoughtful gesture when you are overwhelmed with purchasing a new car, Gary looking after the finer details becomes so important and very much appreciated. It is important to mention the superior service provided by Keith Kelly. He is also very knowledgeable and carefully reviewed the extra options available to us with our purchase. While reviewing these, he had a light hearted and fun personality, and made us feel very much at ease. If you want a great vehicle, fantastic service experience with people who want you to be comfortable and at ease with your purchase, then visit Whitby Toyota and ask for Gary Brown and Keith Kelly. Super happy with the Re-designed 2015 Corolla LE Gary Brown was very patient and answered my endless questions. He also put up with my need to test drive several cars, new and used. My first was an 84 hatchback and the other two were sedans. I was looking to go back to the hatchback so I started out looking at the Matrix. Gary politely introduced the new Corolla as an alternative because of its redesign and increased space. I never felt pressured into buying it. In the end the Corolla just sold itself, together with Gary's no haggle pricing. Thank you Gary More
Surprised I have used the Whitby Toyota Service Department since approx. 1997. On the whole the service has been Good, but on the two occasions I have brought, I have used the Whitby Toyota Service Department since approx. 1997. On the whole the service has been Good, but on the two occasions I have brought, what I considered valid concerns with respects to the repairs provided, there was great reluctance to remedy the problems, even after appealing to the Manager. On the second occasion, I was told to take my car elsewhere if I am not happy with the service. Quite surprising, as it is not the comment one would expect from a major dealer, to a Customer who have used the Department over a number of years. More
