From the initial phone call and meeting Teresa, I am lost for words. Being in the business I am in, I can recognize and know the value of good customer service. Theresa, you went above and beyond means in helping me attain exactly what I wanted. Your knowledge, expertise, hospitality, and excellent rapport exceeded my expectations. I’ve had my car for a week now and I absolutely loving it !!!. I have purchased many used cars in my time, and I have to say, this is by far the best experience I have had to date. I was lucky to have been referred to you Theresa. It has been a pleasure dealing with someone with such passion, drive and commitment in pleasing your customers. He new Toyota's history and he knew why the new Corolla LE was just the right new vehicle for me. Gary was patient. He was calm, laid back and made me feel extremely comfortable and never pressured. Through his guidance, it did not take me long to know I wanted a new Corolla. Still, I had a lot of questions and Gary took and gave as much time as I needed to get comfortable with my decision. He showed me everything under the hood, in the car and the trunk. We toured the building. So clean! I was treated like royalty. The test drive by myself sold me. Now I was ready to make a deal. Still, no pressure. We discussed options for the car and extended warranty. My new car payments fit into the budget I had in mind. Now, the security of knowing everything is on warranty and I will have nothing to worry about for a long time is priceless. With Gary's help, I have secured ultra-reliable personal transportation and comfort. My only comment is that we purchased the limited and I'm not a fan of the "wood" on the dash and set earring wheel (I pre van! We love the sienna!
