From beginning to end Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. I was happy to only have to deal with Shawn. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. It was nice to deal with someone who didn't have to go back and forth to check with a Manager (as I experienced at previous dealerships). Upon pick-up Shawn helped me set-up the audio & phone system. Went through the features of the vehicle with me before I left. Best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle! The lady working the desk (can't remember her name) is also a gem! More

Honda girl converted to Toyota! My husband was in desperate need of a new car as his 11 year old civic broke down. We had all intentions of purchasing with Honda again but thought why not check out Toyota as it has just as good a reputation. I'm glad we did! The service we received from Gary was amazing. There was no pressure! He just listened to our needs and laid out our options. He showed us the new model camry and we loved it and I have to admit the price was very good compared to the Honda Accord. In short we never made it to Honda and we purchased the camry with no hesitation and it was a lot to do with Gary. I didn't feel slammed and I trust that he has sold us what he truly believes fits best for our family! By the way we brought our 5 year old on this shopping trip and Gary was awesome with him. I would recommend Toyota to anyone but definately buy from Gary he will take good care of you. More

Poor Service Department I had a brake job done and they replaced the rotors on all four wheels and used the existing pads. $ 800 later and the vehicle drives no differently I had a brake job done and they replaced the rotors on all four wheels and used the existing pads. $ 800 later and the vehicle drives no differently then the when I took it in this morning. I have already noticed the scoring of one of the rotors. Arranged pick-up for 3:00 pm and I had to phone them to come and pick me up. They arrived at 4:10 pm. I have had similar dealings with this dealership in the past and similar results. This is the last time I will be using this dealership More

During delivery of the truck he explained thoroughly how the infotainment system works (setting up bluetooth, phone and settings) and also showed me all the features of the vehicle. He took the time to go thru new features on Rav4 and help me set-up electronics, blue tooth etc. Very happy with new Rav4 and purchase process. I also know from servicing my previous Toyotas it will be will looked after during routine service checks. Andrew also put tabs in service manual so I could find key items quickly.
