That wasn't the only reason why I purchased from them. The entire experience was exemplary. Sam was our sales rep. He was so informative, helpful, and patient. He educated me so that i could choose the car that suited me most and reminded me when I was straying from my original plan, even though I would have spent more money. I traded my Mini Cooper in for a Prius Hybrid....2 months and 10,000 kms later (I drive a lot), I couldnt be happier. I tell everyone to go to Whitby Toyota and ask for Sam...he gave me an incredible deal and he truly is the only salesperson I've ever encountered that will do all he can to ensure you are long-term happy with your purchase. One evening my daughter and I went to look at some used cars at Whitby Toyota( without an appointment). The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and we felt at ease. Over the next few weeks we continue to visit the dealership as we were contemplating whether or not to get a van or an SUV. Gary Brown provided up with great options / information all the while not pressuring us either way. We finally decided on a 2016 Sienna( or should I say my husband and daughter). Gary made the process so easy and family oriented ; ensuring that he answered both my kids ages 11 and 13 questions. Gary Brown made this experience at Toyota such a memorable one not only for me but my entire family.
