We had been in a couple of months ago just looking and in no time Andrew had two models of the RAV-4 brought to the front for us to look at. Taking one for a test drive was no problem. After the test drive there was no pressure from Andrew and he was there to answer any and all of our questions. When we finally decided to buy, Andrew was the there to give us any advice and info required. In no time he had the model and colour of our choice on the lot and ready to go. The whole transaction was smooth and simple. I had bought a Toyota pickup from Andrew several years before so it was a no-brainer to work with Andrew once again. Purchased used vehicle I was in dire need of a reliable vehicle. I had the pleasure of being paired up with Andrew Ward as my sales associate. When I picked up the vehicle it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I was blown away with how clean it was inside and out. Even the engine was spotless. very, very impressed. Andrew really gave me 110%. No pressure to do anything. He had a very unassuming character and let me make the decisions. Absolute pleasure to work with. They had a colouring contest that the kids could enter for a McDonalds gift card. He made sure my kids got their artwork entered for the gift cards. My kids were over the moon with the new car and the gift cards. Great job Andrew!!!! More
