I'm still with them simply because I've not found a better dealership....... anywhere! Toyota products speak for themselves but the impartial advice from a sales team whose product knowledge is not only exceptional but also delivered in a relaxed atmosphere is complemented by a Service and Parts team that are equally outstanding. The bottom line from the perspective of an existing or prospective customer is that this dealership is TRUSTWORTHY. I have never been let down or disappointed in any way in my 22 years of being their customer. They are effective, efficient and 100% committed to customer satisfaction. Bought a 2016 FRS with a smile I couldn't get off my face I've been dealing with the team at Whitby for a few years now, and I'm already a big fan of the parts and service dept. But I traded in my 2013 FRS an I've been dealing with the team at Whitby for a few years now, and I'm already a big fan of the parts and service dept. But I traded in my 2013 FRS and leased a new 2016 Scion FRS last week from Pearce and the experience was top notch! He's a wonderful sales rep to deal with and I highly recommended asking for him. First time servicing at Toyota My RAV is my first sole-ownership vehicle and my baby. When it came time for an oil change the only place to go was to a Toyota service centre, and Wh My RAV is my first sole-ownership vehicle and my baby. When it came time for an oil change the only place to go was to a Toyota service centre, and Whitby Toyota was the logical choice. Mikeala was at the service counter and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to me explain what I wanted looked at, and even enlisted the help of a nearby technician who nicely explained to me that one thing that I thought was a problem is actually a safety feature (who knew?). There were no issues with me bringing my RAV in the night before the scheduled appointment, either! At pick up I had the same pleasant customer service from Mikeala as the night before, and I was impressed that the cost was less than I had anticipated. They even brought my RAV up to the front for me (past experiences with other car makers had me going out to the lot to find my car wherever they had put it!). There is no doubt as to where my RAV will go for future servicing: to Whitby Toyota! Thank you! More

So great and assuring! When I had first found my car it was just coming into the dealership! They were not even sure it was there! Then we went to see it and met Stephanie. Honestly, Stephanie Cockburn is highly recommended!! She makes car buying so easy. Her excitement made me even more excited! She is very informative - no hidden anything! Whenever she met us at the door she always had a huge smile! It was so great to work with her. We first worked with Chris as he was helping us do the financing and everything but sadly, with a death in his family, we began working with Angela. Angela was great! she helped us work out the monthly payments and was friendly! Even the goodies we got before we left was amazing! I will sport my new pink toyota beanie in my new car :) So happy! Just wish Whitby was closer to toronto!! Thank you all! More

Tim was easy to reach, extremely organized, and overall a pleasure to deal with. Sadly, if my new Rav 4 lasts as long as I hope it does, I won't be needing Tim's services anytime soon....sorry Tim.
