Do you know that after I bought the car I went in to the service area to check on the purchase of winter tires from Keith only to be told 'Just wait until the fall - I don't need your money right now - I'll get you the best deal when the new models come out in the fall...I have your back!' Where else would you find such service excellence and such genuine kindness? And that approach is mirrored in every interaction I have had with the good folks at Whitby Toyota. Debbie, Amanda and Art in the service department made a point of finding me to offer their congratulations on my purchase saying how happy they were that I had purchased such a great vehicle. I have to agree - I have purchased a great vehicle but I have also found a phenomenal dealership. Whitby Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. They were available when we needed them to be available, they found us the vehicle WE (really just my wife) wanted, and they made trading in our 2014 GMC Acadia a breeze. They dealt with insurance swaps, they took care of everything with licensing and made sure our 3 boys (all under 5) who we had to bring in with us were happy and enjoyed their time in the showroom.
