Best Dealership Period I was looking to buy a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport in metallic grey. Despite the fact that the colour is sought after and hard to find with the right I was looking to buy a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport in metallic grey. Despite the fact that the colour is sought after and hard to find with the right specs, Shawn McCallum at Whitby Toyota was able to acquire one with hardly any notice. Now your probably thinking, 'How short? 1 week?'. Shawn was able to get my grey Tacoma with a roof rack in 2 days! This was absolutely incredible considering they did not have one on the lot the day i decided to drop in and put forward some interest in huying my first new truck. On the delivery day i was running late, traffic in Toronto should garner a brand new word to completely describs how brutal it really is. I arrived at the dealership 40 minutes late and Shawn was supposed to be done for the day in 20 minutes. Not only did Shawn take his time to fully explain everything i had to sign, he took the time to fully explain all functions this new truck had to offer. I was so impressed with his level of service that i firmly shook his hand and told him that i will refer my best friend, who was currently looking to get into a brand new Toyota. If you are looking for a great deal and a great vehicle dont go to Whitby Toyota because they only provide you with the best deal, the best vehicle and the best customer service i have ever had so far. More

Salesman assured us RAV4 SE had CD player Not so. Requested all the toys including a CD player. We were open to Camry, RAV4 and Avalon and settled on a RAV4 SE. Negotiations went fine and on three or four occasions a CD player was discussed. Each time we were assured that a CD player was included. Contract signed. When we went to pick up our new vehicle we were told only then, that there was no CD player in the RAV4 SE. This is my fifth Toyota vehicle, my first disappointment. I am extremely upset at being misled. More
